What is the process of setting up the session?

  1. Submit Your Form
Start by filling out the form with your vision for the photoshoot. If possible, include a mood board to help convey your ideas.

  2. Consultation
Once we receive your form, I’ll reach out via phone or text to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we’ll collaborate to map out every detail of your photoshoot, including the concept, location, time, outfits, and any additional requests or ideas you’d like to discuss. At the end of the counsultation, 50% of the deposit will be due as a non-refundable deposit.

  3. Shoot Day
On the day of the photoshoot, I’ll check in with you to confirm everything and ensure you’re on time and ready for the session. We can go back to the moodboard so that we can we align our creativity to your vision. If allowed; music can be played in my speaker. The last 50% of the deposit will be due.

  4. Post-Shoot Consultation (optional)

When the edits are finished, I would need a post-shoot consultation to make sure that you are satisfied with the work I portray and if this details your vision.

Do I deliver RAW files?

I understand your interest in receiving unedited/RAW photos; however, I do not provide them. My goal as a photographer is to deliver a polished, finished product that reflects the full potential of each image. Here is why I do this:

  1. RAW File Format: I shoot in RAW format, which creates .ARW files. These files require specialized software to process and are significantly larger than standard image files. A single photo can be 50MB and a -single session can result into to 15-45 GB of data depending on the type of shoot, making online sharing impractical and slow.

  2. Delivering the Best Quality: By editing the photos, I ensure they are thoughtfully adjusted for lighting, color, and overall style. This guarantees you receive high-quality, cohesive images that meet or exceed your expectations.

  3. Professional Integrity: As a photographer, my work represents my artistic style and brand. Sharing unedited RAW files could lead to edits by others that do not align with my professional standards, potentially misrepresenting my work. I want to ensure that every image I deliver is a true reflection of my craftsmanship.

How long should I expect edits to be delivered?

I inform my clients that photos for a standard portrait session will be delivered within one to two weeks via a Google Drive link. However, I strive to deliver finished photos within three to seven days whenever possible. For events or brand photoshoots, I take additional time to ensure my work fully captures and represents the essence of your event or brand for your audience. My priority is to deliver images of the highest quality that reflects both your vision and my artistic standards. While I aim for a timely turnaround, I will keep you updated throughout the editing process and notify you as soon as your photos are ready for delivery.

May I request additional edits on additional photos?

If you'd like additional edits on specific photos, feel free to let me know! I’m happy to accommodate reasonable requests to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final images. Additional edits may come with an extra charge, depending on the scope of the changes. Let’s discuss your preferences, and I’ll do my best to make sure the images align with your vision.

Do I archive google drive folders?

Yes, I do archive Google Drive folders in order to save space. I always back up my photoshoots, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you need the Google Drive link sent again—I keep all of your images stored securely.
